| Our wild game tasting only happens four times a year. It is done on a seasonal basis in order to use the freshest in season ingredients. We also always use different game meats for every season. Tickets need to be purchased in advance and are very limited. The customers on our mailing list will be able to purchase tickets before tickets go on sale to the general public. In the past we have prepared meats such as: Wild boar, quail, bear, antelope, bison and lion. Just to name a few. An event consists of seven tasting courses, five wild game meats, a salad course and a dessert. Ticket prices vary for every event but generally are $65. Ticket prices do not include gratuity and gratuity cannot be paid for in advance when purchasing your ticket. All gratuities can only be given to your server the night of the tasting. |
